Musango Safari Camp. Under thatch, the large luxurious safari tents have en-suite bathrooms built out of natural stone and are extremely well appointed with privacy and safety in mind. In addition we have two beautifully designed honeymoon suites, each with a private plunge pool. Verandas offer panoramic views across the bay of the Matusadonna Nat. Park and mountains. The swimming pool area and the bar/lounge platform is an excellent place from which to view the abundant wildlife and stunning scenery.

DAY 6
Musango Safari Camp.
Boasting the greatest variety of activities on Lake Kariba, and having the highest ratio of guides to guests; game walks into the Matusadonna Nat. Park and nearby private game sanctuary, stunning game cruises and canoeing trips, genuine cultural village trips, fishing for the famous fighting tiger fish and delicious bream (boats and bait supplied), specialized birding safaris, visits to the black rhino orphanage, game drives into the National Park, dinosaur fossil sight visits, Maronga tented bush camp and day trips into the National Park from Maronga.

DAY 7

This is a delightful lakeside lodge offering uninterrupted views of the luscious surrounding bush and spectacular rock formations. Recently redesigned and renovated, its six twin bed lodges are well equipped and offer stunning views of the lake, at whose edge lies a natural rock plunge pool framed by opulent lawns and gardens. Throughout the lodge, local dark timber furniture adds to the rustic and traditional ambience. Malilangwe, "call of the Leopard" in the local tribal language, prides itself on having an amazing diversity of wildlife from Africa's great five to painted hunting dogs and black and white rhino.

DAY 8
Nduna Safari Lodge.
Though wildlife viewing is the main activity at Malilangwe, you shouldn't feel that you need to spend every waking hour looking for the Big Five through your binoculars. If you are an angler, our lakes hold many true trophy bass. For bird lovers, this is a paradise home to over 450 species. There is also time to indulge in the greatest luxury of our "civilized" life - doing absolutely nothing!

DAY 9
Big Cave Camp.
Charter flight to an airstrip close to Big Cave Camp just outside of Bulawayo.
Big Cave Camp Sophisticated African architecture incorporates colossal boulders into a luxuriously appointed thatched lodge positioned amidst ancient Khoisan rock art. Retire at a day's end to the natural rock-pool and sundeck, the Leopard's Lair lounge and bar, a cave-style boma for pre-dinner drinks or the popular lodge library. The seven thatched A-frame cottages, each with en-suite bathroom and private balcony, resonate African creative flair. Find solitude within an intimate retreat as secluded as the original Kalanga grain bins that nestle amongst the rocks.

DAY 10
Big Cave Camp.
Guests choose from a wide variety of activities, accompanied by a qualified guide. Game-viewing on foot, by 4x4 or horseback to view, in particular, black and white rhino, amongst a wide variety of plains game. Bird watching, visits to the nearby Ndebele village, Cyrene Mission, tours to Rhodes' Grave and unusual bushman paintings in famous rock art galleries are also on offer.
